As President of Hope Aero Propeller & Components Inc. Joel is responsible for the overall wellness of the organization. While working at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada for 4 years Joel learned how to increase production through process improvements and efficiencies while maintaining a high-level of quality. In 2014 he re-joined Hope Aero in the customer service department. Since then he has applied his knowledge and experience to best serve our customers and improve internal processes.
Over the years Joel has gained more responsibility through his roles such as Programs Manager, followed by V.P. Business Development. By having a quality product and a team to support him, he has been able to strengthen and develop relationships with customers to satisfy their requirements.
Joel is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Hon. B.A.
