Since joining Hope Aero in 2023, Natasha has progressed from Receptionist to Customer Service Representative and now currently works in Sales and Technical Support. Through these roles, she has developed strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
